Helipad Exhibition Centre is one of India’s largest exhibition centre and Gujarat’s largest exhibition centre. It was established with world class infrastructure to serve as the venue for international exhibitions, trade shows and large scale private events. Founded in 1997, K and D Communication Limited (KDCL) is one of the pioneering trade fair organizers in India. Over a span of last 25 years KDCL has organized 75+ national and international exhibitions all across India in different industrial segments. KDCL has been managing the Helipad Exhibition Centre with its dedicated team of employees. It is one of the few in its field to have ISO 9001:2000 certificate for Quality Management System. KDCL has successfully served as the Exhibition Management Agency handling 360 degree operations from conceptions to conclusion of many prestigious summits, exhibitions and conferences. Thus KDCL is in the unique position of offering total solution to successful event management including the HEC as the venue.

GARUD (Gandhinagar Railway & Urban Development Corporation Ltd.)
HEC was developed by GARUD to fill the need of an international standard venue in the state of Gujarat to organize Global Meets, Conventions, seminars, conferences, exhibitions of both national and international level with the state of art facilities. Gandhinagar Railway and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (GARUD) is a Joint Venture Company incorporated on 5th January, 2017 between Government of Gujarat (GOG) and Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Ltd (IRSDCL) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with equity Contribution of 74% from Government of Gujarat (GOG) and 26% from Ministry of Railway (MOR).
